The DRAFT/PRELIMINARY Specific Plan District Map below is sourced from the Whittwood Town Center Specific Plan, 2003 & 2012 and is under review by the city. It is included in the Notice of Preparation (NOP) document prepared by the City of Whittier. The NOP is the initial step in the review process meant to inform the public that the project will be studied as outlined in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). As part of that process, public input will be requested.
